I traveled about 45 minutes to come here and get some small christmas gifts. I found a cube organizer for 9.00$. I brought the tag up to the counter to pay for it, I informed the cashier that i would be back before they closed to pick it up, as I did not have room in my vehicle at the time. I came back 2 hours later with my receipt, and the tag from the cube organizer. The cashier told me to go back and get it, when i went to bring it to my car it was not there anymore. I went back up to the cashier and informed them that it was not there anymore. They used the intercom to see if anyone had it in the store, no one did. The cashier then went to the back to get a manager, the manager came out from the back and informed me that it must have sold to someone else. He informed me that he could give me a refund and that's all he could do. How does your system not tell you that the item was already purchased???

I am very upset as I drove all the way back to pick it up and it was not there after I paid for it. I will not be back to this...

I had to edit my review due to recent events, and believe me, it's not for the better. Per my first review, when this store opened, it was a good store. The staff were friendly, more understanding about returns and overall everything was a lot nicer.

Then, one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with transferred to the store, and my heart sank, because she always intimidated me and my wife back at the other store that we used to go to.

Everything she sees us she treats us like we are a headache. Its not our fault we dont know what will fit or not cause they have no changing rooms.

And even when I called to tell about my experience, the STORE MANAGER acted like I was the one in the wrong for bothering him.

Frankly, if it weren't for their good selection, we would never step foot in here. Prices are ridiculous, ( most ) of the staff is rude, extremely difficult to find clothes that fit, and overall a horrible experience overall. If you don't have to,...

I purchased printer ink worth almost 190.00 dollars from the lakeville mn location. I finally had the opportunity to use just 2 of the 24 that I had purchased and i notice that the ink was dried up so I contacted the location which I was instructed by the associate to talk to the manager who I called several times within a 2 day period, because the associates told me that the manager who sold me the ink would be there next day which she wasn't so I called again and they told me she would be there the following day. Finally was able to talk to the manager and she told me that there was nothing she could do. Her suggestion was to contact target where they meaning the store where they purchased the product from or her suggestion again is to call hp Corporation and see what they can do.
