Update 8/16/24 Went again with a friend. Still a great place to visit. Food came out quick and was hot and delicious. Service was friendly, despite the busy lunch hour rush. Place was clean and the prices were good. Still highly recommend!

Decided to take a chance on it. Got to the restaurant around 1140AM so I beat the lunch rush. The staff was polite and friendly. They took my order and had my side dish of guacamole and chips ready within a minute or two. The order tacos and horchata quickly followed. All in all it took about 3-4 minutes to receive my food (granted it was fairly empty at that point).

The tacos were delicious. The meats were hot off the grill, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the tacos themselves were fresh and flexible. The food all had a fresh and perky feel to it. It did not feel greasy, or stale, or oversalted.

The horchata was delicious.

The price for the food was about average and they took credit cards.

Excellent work to the team here. Will definitely return to try the quesadillas...

Absolutely delicious, borderline pricey but honestly it's okay because this is pretty much as close to authentic Mexican food you will find round here. All the flavors of the meats are very good. You have to pay extra for salsa which kind of sucks because they have some of the best salsa in this state. If you can get a brisket torta,it's melt in your mouth deliciousness, I randomly stumbled across this taqueria while doing lawn care work, and I haven't stopped going there since, I can't tell you how many different Mexican food shops I've stopped at. Most not worth a review but the staff here are all really great! It surprises me sometimes how fast they can get an order out. From time-to-time there can be a wait but it's best not to complain because regardless the food...

There is nothing like authentic Mexican food. Can't find it in California, Arizona, New Mexico or even Texas. I got a burrito so big it could feed a family of five! I can't stand guacamole. This thing has a lot of it in there and I could not stop eating it. Maybe it's magic guacamole. Maybe it's prepared the right way for a change. I don't know. The sauce was a good verde. Nice spice to it. The prices were spot on to what you order. What more can I say? Oh, the service was excellent. There must be fifteen people back in that kitchen working fast!! I'm not sure what they're doing, but they're doing it right!! I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Come here looking for a filling meal without having to sell a body part or two or worse, take out a second mortgage on...

I had high hopes when I stopped in and ordered the Birria noodles, which came with two birria tacos and I also ordered a birria egg roll. The food was served hot, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, it completely lacked flavor. I tried adding the mild green sauce and even salt, but it didn’t improve the taste at all. Really disappointing for something that should’ve been rich and savory. Service was just okay. I mentioned to my server that I wasn’t finished and might order another drink, but she brought my check anyway. Considering I was the only customer in the place and it was nowhere near closing time, it felt like I was being nudged out the door. Overall, not worth returning for me. Plenty of other spots in the area that get both the food and service right.

Wow! Who would have thought that you could find more southern mid country Mexican dishes in Minnesota. The menu is amazing. Fresh corn tortillas, sopes, good sauces for once. Nothing toned down for Midwestern pallets. Seasoning is perfect and light. It is on par with my favorite food truck in North Las Vegas. Service was fast enough for the quality you get. I'd be happy to wait longer. Do yourself a favor and order from the left side of the menu and try something new. This is the place to expand your pallet and get past the burrito, quesadilla culture.
