We had chef Mike cook for us over the weekend for my wife's birthday. We have 12 guest over and Friday night he prepared a 7 course dinner that everyone enjoyed so much! All the food tasted fresh and you could tell he really loved cooking! We asked if he would bbq for us the following day, chef was able to move somethings around and prepared sliders and smoked new orleans sausages that every talked about all weekend. I would absolutely recommend him and we are already speaking with chef to do a new orleans crawfish boil for us next month and we can't wait!...

We wanted to host a crawfish boil for our ten year anniversary despite having very little experience with crawfish boils, so just through a google search found Chef Mike. What a lucky google search! He was great in answering some of my silly questions about how to set up for the party (do we need plates? Do we stand, do we sit? etc) Then when he came to the house to set up he was so laid back but also right to business. The food was excellent. My foody friend from Baton Rouge was in town and she gave it 5 stars, and of course everyone else...

Chef Mike came out to our rental house both Friday and Saturday. Friday was an amazing 5 course creole/Cajun meal, and Saturday a crawfish boil. What really set the experience over the top was the banter between Chef Mike and everyone. He didn’t just come in, cook, then leave. He stopped and took the time to educate us on his roots and what his cooking was all about. You can tell he’s extremely passionate about his food. It really added a whole new level to the experience.
