An employee gave me his employee discount and to pay for it, I had to bring cash. When he was making the transaction, he said, it would let him do it. He goes down the counter for a minute and comes back and says, I paid for it. Gives me a receipt that says, See David tomorrow. I said I need to pay you. He said, I paid for it. I am holding cash in my hand at the counter again I said, I need to pay you. He takes $60 from my hand puts it in his pocket and does not give me back my $3.87 in change. I said, I want my change. He pulls his wallet out and says, I only have a dollar. Next day, after 8 AM, I spoke to the manager and he said, he stole from the company by pocketing my cash and using his employee discount and he will be fired. I comeback after 1PM and the manager and the assistant manager would not give me my part or my receipt back unless I give them my name and phone number. There was a problem with the transaction. I said, I know, you fired the guy. I gave them a fake name and a disconnected phone number and got my part. I called corporate and made a complaint.
Next I have the part put on my car and the body shop says, it is the wrong part. I took the part back to a different O'Reilly's and did not get my money back. I found out the they guy who got fired and the assistant manager put it on a credit card. Called corporate again demanding my money and I don't want a confrontation when I go back there was one by the employees already. I said, I am not giving my name and phone number. I go get my cash and the manager says, he wants my name and number and I said, No! I told corporate I won't give it. Manager snaps at me and says, I guess I have to use mine. He intentionally gives me back small bills and says, have a bless day which is a code word telling some one to go...
Read moreI had the misfortune of a dead battery this afternoon in my Yukon just as my mother and I were to leave to go back to Southeast Texas. I called the O’Reilleys closest to my location and spoke with a young man who took my information and looked up my vehicle to see if they could change the battery for me. (These days, you have to have a complete tool kit to even change a battery!) Alton was so nice and helpful both on the phone and in person. We just can’t say enough about his personable demeanor and personality. Other customers that came up while he was changing our battery were also complimentary of him saying how helpful and pleasant he always is. He was very efficient despite injuring his finger while replacing the battery. I wouldn’t hesitate to...

All the shelves are stocked full ,everything facing the same direction and they carry everything you need. The very best part about the Store is the guys are all knowledgeable and friendly ,if you don’t know the proper name of the part they don’t give you attitude they tell you the proper name so you’ll know the next time. Lovely Store ,has it all, super neat one of the best parts stores I’ve ever been to and I’m a car guy. I had a little trouble also with my car he let me borrow the OBD I plugged in to my car ,everything was downloaded ,brought it back into the store and he printed all the information free of charge, why would you go to any other parts...
