So recently Rogue American had a 50% off (or something close to that) sale and, being the fan of the company I am, I decided that I would take advantage of it and send my GF’s brother in South Africa some shirts. When I went to complete my order the website told me that it couldn’t be completed. I tried twice and got the same error message so I sent Rogue American a Facebook message, was told to call, and the Customer Service rep sent me a number and had me call. She was awesome and took care my order, even giving me the discount the day after it was over. For the life of me I can’t remember the woman’s name who helped me but she was awesome! Also, a few days later I saw on my bank account that even though the 2 original orders never went through, the payment did, and Rogue caught it and refunded that money back to me without me having to call and ask (honestly even before I noticed it happened in my account). I try to support as many veteran owned smaller companies I can. I bought the Invader Chief Tee and was very happy with the for and quality of the shirt. I have had the shirt for 3 months and wore it 5 times or less. The seem on the underside of one of the sleeves separated after a wash. (Never been dried) I reached out to customer service and was disappointed all the way around. It took a week consisting of submitting contact info through their website which they ask that you do, 2 phone calls leaving messages and days between a couple of emails back and forth with a customer service manager. I was told it was outside of 30 day return policy so the best they could offer me was 15% off to buy the shirt again. I could understand if I ripped it down the front or snagged it on something but that just wasn't the case. For whatever reason it was a bid stick to fall apart after wearing it less than 5 times. Very disappointing to say the least on not standing behind...

If I had written this a year ago it would have been 5+ stars. Cool brand with good products. I've ordered shorts, shirts, and a ton of hats which are badass. Up until about a 6 months ago they were consistently releasing awesome new products, and shipping was ridiculously fast. Like, you'd have it the next day or the day after. For some reason they changed. They released a brand called "DOI" or Disciples of Iron, which was kind of odd in my opinion. Releases of new products/patterns slowed way, way down. And shipping on my last order took almost 2 weeks. Their website has changed and they now have a bunch of other physical locations. I'm still a big fan, don't get me wrong, but for now it seems to me like their focus has changed to expanding their business. Which is fine, but it's taken some of the shine off this brand for me. I'm tapering off my purchases until there's a compelling reason...
