The food is good, however, the experience and pricing does not align when you can simply go to Los Pinos down the street. For example, you have to stand in the beating 105 degree sun for 5+ minutes for someone to take your order. Then you have to figure out how to pay these people via a cash app service as they do not accept credit cards. However, then they want to charge $15 for a small plate that costs $10 down the street which includes more food and accepts credit cards. Essentially at Los Pinos I can get the same thing, however, more food and spend less money including tip and not wait in 105 degree heat and drive on a dirt road requiring me to wash my car. Read moreI picked up breakfast tacos to go. They are FANTASTIC! I will certainly pick up there again because the tacos are very good. One warning, the girl that works the counter was annoyed that I was there. It was a little funny to me. She was literally irritated that someone came in at 8:00 am to buy tacos and took her away from here cell phone call with her friend. Read moreHad dinner there this week and it was fantastic. I had the beef soup and it was terrific. They use bone in beef ribs, need I say more? My husband had the poblano shrimp. The shrimp were awesome and they served it with rice, zucchini and a very good salad topped with avocado (he never eats the salad & there was nothing left). Have been a fan of the Los Pinos across the street for years and the service is really lacking. They better watch out because we had a new Jewel in our neighborhood....
