Had a terrible experience... I hate writing bad reviews to jewish owned businesses, but I feel like people have to know this, especially when the store doesn't want to go a little out of their way for a customer. I've never purchased linen before i purchased a new set of linen from them and ordered a full size instead of a twin size only realizing after opening it that I ordered the wrong size. I called the store right away. Someone in the store told me if I put it back in the packaging the same way it came, it could probably be returned. After putting it back the same way it came, they had me send a picture of the packaging before they send a return label. After sending the picture they said it is not eligible for a return. Tried speaking to the manager in the store they don't care about anything. I offered to pay for them to send it back to the manufacturer to repack it but they don't want to hear from anything. Horrendous. Rude employees and customers. Racism at its finest. I walked into the store and was given cold UGLY long stares by several employees as soon as I walked in by the staff behind the counter. It was obvious. I couldn't believe it. The staff were not "busy". That was an excuse offered up to cover their inexcusable behavior. I was the only person of color in there or anywhere near this shopping center. I went into the store looking for an item with the intent of making a purchase. I wasn't greeted after the ugly stares. Nobody asked if they could help when i browsed the store. After a customer rudely bumped into me without saying excuse me. I had enough and walked out. Wow! I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop...

I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the customer service and personal attention at this beautiful store. I recently needed to make a purchase for a very special organization for women affected by cancer and Naomi at the store went above and beyond to make sure the gift was meticulously picked out and wrapped beautifully - even from afar over the phone.
