Terrible/. handprints all over the truck and they rammed my trucks back tailgate into something and I had to pull the dent out to get it open because it was stuck shut! and that is the least of the headache and money I put into this whole ordeal. He fixed my slave cylinder and then I get it back with the new broken tailgate +$520 for the parts and labor(Thanks) and the clutch starts going out and grinding so bad I had to drive it without the clutch for a week going to and from work which is LA traffic, and its not easy to do. THEN he tells me I need to come back and get the CLUTCH REPLACED!!!! OMFG that's another $700-....NO way. So I decided to read my manual and BAM ….BLEED THE CLUTCH. I did and I fixed the problem that was never there before I took my truck in. So I call him and tell him I had fixed the problem and for him not to have gone to the first and easiest and cheaper solution rather he insisted I needed to replace to clutch.. That's like a doctor telling you need surgery when all you needed was a change of diet. These people do NOT care they will just make you believe you need something you either don't need or you do need it and they know a better more convenient fix for the customer , they will withhold that information and go for the jugular and RIP YOU OFF with the most labor and most costly...
Read moreTook my 2008 Audi A4 wagon for some continuous problem that I can't troubleshoot at home. Brad was a very help gentleman and everything was going well until I went to pick up my car and talk to Jim. Evidently Jim is not nice and IS very flipping RUDE. I was discussing my bill with Jim when all of a sudden he was thinking I was arguing with him when actually I was trying to get an explanation on a charge. He rips the bill up in front me. What a poor customer service on his part not being able to explain the charge on my bill and poorly handle the situation. Jim took off one of the charge on my bill and I paid and left. I wasn't too sure if Jim had fix my car so I test drive it before going home. Not even 20ft after I came out of his shop the car still has the same problem. I continued to drive it another mile to reassure myself of the problem. And sure enough it wasn't fix. I drove back. Parked it but didn't turn off the car just to show Jim the problem was never fixed. As he comes out to talk to me the car died in front of him. He asked for my credit card and issued my refund. Wow! What a place to treat a decent customer that wants his car troubleshot and fixed. Would never return here again ! Brad, if you're reading this review...
Read moreI was told two different times how much my transmission fluid change would cost, only for them to add an additional $40 to my bill. I asked Jim why, and he said something about disposal and labor cost and other weird fees. It was a standard fluid change, so I'm not sure why they changed the price after the service was done. The guy who told me the original price (I believe his son) was standing there listening with his arms crossed, trying to be intimidating. He was pissed that I called them out. It seems like they only cater to certain skin tones and women who don't know...
