We purchased a ring from Kiros Diamond Specialty, Inc. recently and had a wonderful experience working with John. We were adamant on supporting a local business rather than a chain jeweler. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy as opposed to other jewelers we visited pressuring us to immediately make a purchase. We were able take our time and view as much inventory as we wanted. John was more than willing to work with us and to order anything we were interested in. It was clear he wanted us to have a good experience and get the jewelry piece that was right for us. My wife and I both bought our wedding rings here separately. I went first and had good dealings with the jeweler paid cash got a discount. My wife went in after me to get me a standard band. The jeweler asked my wife about the stone of her ring and made her tell him that it was moissanite a synthetic diamond. Luckily it was her idea to get a diamond alternative. Next we went in together to get my ring sized, not only did the jeweler tell me that my ring was second hand he told me the price. I was unaware and it definitely gives me a different feeling knowing my wedding band was from a former failed marriage. When I got my ring back after sizing where he charged $43 my ring is off color in spots and you can clearly see where it was cut. Very poor customer service.
