FRONT/BACK: I brought in my Iphone 14 pro to fix screen, back, and camera glass. They claimed they can fix it. Anik did it in two separate instances. He charged me half which was 200 + tax to order the screen and the back part. On Wednesday, November 27th he fixed the screen and back. He told me it would not be original but high quality OLED front screen, and back. Fine! We carried on with it. Screen is nowhere near original Apple quality (screen haptics work and ok quality).

CAMERA: I bring in my phone Tuesday, December 3 2024 @5:30pm or 1730. I take my phone out the case, I hand it to him. I do not pay mind to it. I have not taken the phone out the case or dropped it since. 7:30pm /1930 I come to pick up the phone and the top left of the back glass is BROKEN!!. HE BROKE MY PHONE WHILE REPAIRING IT! I bring this up to him he says I gave it to him like that. THIS WAS A BOLD FACE LIE! He did not call me in the two hours he had my phone to tell me the back glass of the phone he repaired not even a full week later was broken! I bring up the fact about their warranty on their repairs, and how they use high quality products and they refuse to give me a refund or repair the part. He told me it would not break from there that the frame is bent in a way. The man broke the glass and is afraid to confess so he first claimed I broke it, then says thats just how the frame is. He switched up his story. He admitted I did not drop it. And I always used a otter box type case to hold impact either way.

CONCLUSION: The only thing that would make this right is a refund. Anik said the frame was bent and the back glass would not hold, he should not have fixed it. Now I am down 400+ dollars that I could have used towards a new cellphone. He did provide good service until that point, he called diligently and worked to get the parts and executed every time hack he said. But the fact he does not want to own up to breaking my phone while repairing it is ludicrous. ONE OF MY BIGGEST...

DO NOT GO HERE! When I went into the store and was asking if they were able to fix my phone's back glass, they said they could do it, for 140+tax. then they stated it would take about 3 hours or be done by the next day in the morning. Which I was okay with however, there was no exchange in communication that they were going to take my phone to a whole different store to get it "fixed". so, we waited in the mall to kill time until 3 hours had passed went back in, they said it wasn't fixed, yet which was fine. then the next morning around 11 they called and said the phone was fixed and going to be ready in 1 hour. so, I went to pick it up. long story short phone wasn't fixed, and it wasn't even close to being at the mall. they never told me it was leaving the store, and when asked couldn't give me the address to the other location. all that was said was it was an hour away and that it was up north. which who knows if that's true. then when they said it should be back around 3, I called and the phone was still not ready, so I called back around 5 they said he should be back at the store at 6:15pm. when I called at 6 the phone went straight to voicemail after ringing once. and when I drove up there, they still didn't have my phone at 6:30pm then he ran in at 6:40 with the phone. still not fixed, coming from an unknown location, with no permission, and having terrible communication saying it was a "simple mistake" the entire time. I will NEVER be coming back, and i recommend that no one else goes there. responding to your comment you never told me that you were taking it to another store there was no discussion about it. Ok, first off I seldom EVER give 5 stars, always something wrong. I was going to give 3 stars due to nobody being at the shop when I got there and it said OPEN on the web. I texted and got a response that he was doing on-site repair. Well, if that's the case, have some sort of sign posted what's going on. So, he finally showed and checked my phone for part number, etc...advised it would be probably Tuesday before the part would arrive. On Tuesday I get a text saying the part was delivered. So, I responded that I would be at the store after opening time. I arrived, nobody there. I get a message about being at the other store (ummm, Lynwood). He says he'll be at the Lakewood center at 1:30, so I'm there at 1:30 and nobody there. Traffic from Lynnwood to Lakewood sucks, if you've driven it. So he advises he'll be there for sure at 4:30, please come. I arrive and he's there, check phone...etc. Says it'll be done in an hour, can't pick up before that to let the adhesive set properly. The phone broke almost 2 weeks earlier, like another 15 or so minutes is not a thing. I pick up the phone and pay the tab ($90, which is a good deal) and he offers to put Gorilla Glass on it free for my trouble. The fact the service is a decent price and he's offering some type of compensation for my time and trouble (cuz gas is @ $5 a gallon) gets him the 4th star back.
