This is there customer service not the local store. I called to request canceling my services for US Cellular on the last day of my billing cycle. I received the transfer pin and then paid off all my devices. I then proceeded to port the 5 numbers over the next 2 days to my new carrier. I then received a bill from US Cellular for $132. I called them and talked to a person who went on to tell me I only got a small bill due to getting most of the lines ported in time, but I would have to pay the $132 for the 2 days of service, and also pay a much larger bill next month. I asked what he meant, and he could not give me a good explanation. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, which he did after taking over 10 minutes to even put me on hold. When speaking with the supervisor, she kept telling me no.... no... You will get credits for next month, and not pay the bill until I get the final bill, and she will credit me 7 dollars for the late fee. So it's ok for them to tell you to pay your bills late so it looks bad? I asked if they could get me this final bill so I could be done with this company, with whom I had been for over 10 years of service. She said I would just need to wait, and she could not answer any of my questions. She seemed like she was not sure, and then proceeded to tell me that all the companies do this after cancellation. Which is not true, my wife's carrier, when she canceled, gave her a final bill within a few weeks and got her all taken care of. My advice is to stay away from this company. I would...

Fairly long waits almost every time I go in any location. Limited open hours in Lancaster. They couldn't fix my problem in lancaster today. The guy at the former lancaster location in radioshack has fixed it before. I'll take it to Prairie. They have fixed it in the past there. But in Prairie one guy doesn't listen. Last time I was there he was helping the girl in the space next to us and didn't pay any attention to my explanation of my issue and he made a change that made my problem worse.
When I tried to call for service the last two times their phone system wasn't working right and I ended up at the end of a queue several times before I actually got to talk to someone - close to an hour the first time.
