My husband and I unexpectedly lost our son in April of 2022. We had attempted to set-up a time and appointment with another monument place. After driving there a few different times and being promised someone would be there on a Saturday. It so happened that nobody showed up after we waited for some time and they said that same week someone would be there. We then decided to try Lancaster Monuments.

Lancaster Monuments was more than willing to set-up an appointment on a Saturday. This had to work for us, as my husband works out of town. Lancaster Monuments was more than willing to try our ideas and play around with things. We ordered our monument in July of 2022 and it was finally put in a week or so ago. As promised it would take a year so we were pleasantly surprised it came almost a month and half early. No surprises from the quotes and pricing.
