Was looking for a 2024 Traverse RS in pearl white. Stopped at a Chevy dealership in the Madison area and was basically laughed at and told I wouldn’t find one. Then the salesmen kept trying to get me to look at other vehicles which I did not want… he just wanted to make a sale.

Looked online and Chevy’s website showed Les Mack had the exact one I was looking for and at a lower price than what I was finding.

Drove from Madison out to Lancaster as they had the exact model and color I had been looking for and was told by all dealerships around Madison that it would be a minimum of 3 months.

Met with Dusty Koeller who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Decided to buy from them. Every member of the staff I met was very friendly and helpful.

Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back when in the market for another vehicle.

I absolutely LOVE this car dealership! I bought my first car here back in 2009 and it was a super easy process. Then in 2017, my husband and I purchased a minivan from here. Again, the process was super easy. Lastly, I just purchased a Ford Fusion from them about 2 weeks ago. It had been a STRUGGLE with other dealerships in the area. Then I saw that Les Mack had the vehicle I was looking for. We went in, looked at the car, and signed all of the paperwork in the same day. It was a smooth and easy purchase. I didn't feel like I needed to negotiate the price at all because it was already what I was expecting to pay. I got the license plates put in while I signed the paperwork. Dealing with Les Mack Chevrolet was simple easy and strait foreward. No suprises in the finance room. No suprises from the sales team. Salesman Brad was curtious and competant. This purchase was pretty much an on line deal, Brad was quick with confirmation the vehicle was available, the price and the aplicaple discount and fees. First responder discount was the only applicaple discount in addition to my GM rewards points. Brad quoted solid price in less than 15 minutes no run around like some of the competition.

If you can say a car buying experience is a pleasant experience then the Les Mack experience was pleasant and likely took around an hour or less from start to finish with no stress and no pressure tactics.
