Superior Grocers — Local services in Lancaster

This store is very clean but not enough cashiers. Check out goes very slow. Also, I was pulled out of line by a cashier cause the line I was in before this has 9 people in it. The cashier that pulled me out of the line I was comfortable in, she directed me two lanes down. I told the cashier, oh your open? And she said, yes I am? I told her that I would have went to her first, but her light was off. Her reply was, oh yeah! My light is broken. And then she laughed about it. I asked her, what is so funny? I mentioned to her that she should bring it to her supervisors attention, this is a problem. You are going to get the wrong person one day in your line, it would get anyone upset if this happened in every store. I could have went to her line to start with, but because her light was broken, didn't make anybody higher than her know about this problem. She just laughed about it.
