Yesterday I ordered 5 pizzas (2 3meat, 2 Sausage and 1 pepperoni) and 1 Italian chesse bread. I was OK with 15 min wait. when they started to call every other customers number who had ordered after me but mine, I got a little ticked off and asked where my order is. This little brick who was cutting the pizzas had the nerve to say he already called my number, I was like no you did not because I have been here the whole time. He still said he did. The girl on the register made an effort to check on my order and said that my order is stil missing 2 pizzas. OK no problem. Not a minute later he calls my order and handed it to me, me little upset took the order and left. Half way home I looked at my order and realized that one pizza was missing, OK back to little Caesar's again to claim what I had paid for. Now that little brick acted little he couldn't remember me. It was the girl on the register who had to straight it out again. She told him this time that he needs to check and make sure that the orders are correct. He lucky I did not raised hell in there for his rudeness. I can't stand little wannabe better bricks and disrespect the elders. I was polite the whole time and did not deserve an attitude like his. Read moreMy family placed a simple order with an “expected by” time of 8:05pm. I gave them a 7- 10 minute grace period just for them to tell me they needed a little more time. Then, I came back and an employee said my order just got put in the oven. WOW! I then try to wait patiently only to receive doughy, raw crazy puffs and a pizza that should have been ready 45 minutes prior. Sadly, I didn’t even walk out of Little Caesars until after 9pm. Do they not realize people’s time is valuable. I don’t know what happened to this establishment. This used to be our go-to spot for pizza. Now, it seems like they only have one valuable employee, and you’re not guaranteed to get her service. You guys really need to step it up, or move out of the way for employees that care and will come in and get the job done. The customer service here is very much so lacking. Management- when you see things going downhill, jump in and do something, even if you just show/act like you care. I spoke to a couple of other customers during my long wait that expressed the same issues I had. May you prosper from here- what you’re doing now isn’t working....

It was due to there being only one cashier working, with a complicated customer, who was holding up the line by fishing out change in her purse, to pay for her pizza. When a customer is holding up a line the cashier should be able to open up another cash register and assist two customers at once or the line should be monitored so that a stand by cashier is available to assist the cashier who is being delayed by a complicated customer. So that the line is moving forward and the wait is not too long..When I finally reached the front of the line to order and pay for two pizzas with my card, the cashier suddenly disappeared while my card was processing. I looked around for him to come back to finish my transaction, but he didn't . A woman who was putting pizzas into boxes, told me my transaction was complete.
