I stopped at this jewelers never dealt with them before. I had a pearl necklace that the clasp was broke and I thought part of it was missing I asked if they had a clasp they could recommend the front gal gave it to the jeweler to look at and I saw him doing something thru the glass but couldn't make it out. He finished and I saw the woman ask the man something and he shook his head no, she came to the front and told me the piece of the clasp was inside and it was fixed I asked how much do I owe you and the gal said nothing and the jeweler said from the back Merry Christmas. For 12 years I have wanted The setting on my engagement ring to be altered so that the baguettes could be viewed better while accenting my solitaire. Every jeweler I went to said it can't be done.
