I bought an item that was purchased with a debit card for 8.55. I went in store to return the item and expected to get cash because it was a debit card transaction. I also had a receipt. The associate was completing my transaction when Sharonda, the team lead came by and said I could receive store credit or I would need my original debit card. I had a feeling that this was incorrect so I pulled up their return policy from the site and it stated that I should get cash. Sharonda, even after reviewing the policy, stated that she couldn’t do it and I would need to call customer service. I asked her if she would speak to customer service if I called, she refused. After going and forth for a few minutes, so goes to the back to “check” something and came back with my refund. 5 dollars were in quarters and she laid the change on the counter. I asked for my money in paper but she claimed that was what they had in the register she did the return on. I left the change on the counter and made another purchase for the exact amount and asked for a refund just to get my cash back appropriately. She then walked out of the store. It wasn’t cheap, but I still went along with it because of all the attention that I got when I brought them in. They were three different design designers that were giving opinions on what they could do and I went along with it. Fast-forward three weeks And nothing was done, so I followed up and I was told they were having issues with the shirts and matting. I followed up a couple weeks after that and still nothing had been done and every time that I called I was told that somebody was going to be working on it. I was more than patient through the process and the communication was awful. Anytime that I was told that I was going to get a phone call to follow up it never happened. Managers gave me very little accountability and one even blamed the job. I can’t imagine using them for any future framing...

I offered to pay for it because I felt bad. The girl who picked up the items was kind. However, the woman with red hair was very rude. She followed me and my friend around the entire store. Never once asking us if we needed help. It made us feel very uncomfortable. As I tried to ask her why she followed us around, she said “I was not following you around and this is above my pay grade.” Then she said “you need to chill.” How vile of you to treat your customers like this.
