I made a purchase of $4.50 with my debt card, the reader asked if I wanted cash back and I touched the NO button. If went through as getting $50 cashback and the cashier said she could not fix it.

Here at Mr. D's we take the customers security very seriously. Our Credit card Readers have been vetted by the FBI and are some of the most secure readers out there. Our customers have complete control over their credit/debit purchases. Our cashiers are not allowed to select cash back for our customers. The customer has to physically press cash back in order for it to give cash back. There are multiple safeguards on our end to prevent unauthorized debit purchases. I ordered some flowers from Mr.D's because, it was the only flower shop that had a website. After looking at the flowers on the website over and over I decided to call the store and ask if what was shown on the website reflected what they would do in store. I spoke with a lady in the floral department and she couldn't give me a definite answer. I was told that it would be a 50 dollar minimum and a 10 dollar delivery fee so they were getting 60 dollars from me no matter what. I didn't have much of a choice because I needed to purchase the flowers and ensure delivery was going to be on time. The florist sent me pictures of what she created for my order and I stated my opinion and told her the colors I wanted and she still did what she wanted and didnt have any consideration that I was the one paying for the services. At that point I was upset with the service that was provided and the consideration that was shown for customer service. An awesome, small town store with superb customer service and a good selection of products. The coffee shop has some of the best coffee I've ever had while costing notably less than Starbucks. The deli has great choices and is one of my favorite places to eat. The liquor store has a large selection and is considered the best in town by many. The prices are a little higher than the competition but it is well made up for by the great staff, perks, customer service, and shopping experience.
