Booked a party three weeks in advance for my little boy and THREE days later I tried to cancel it and see what we could do about the $100 deposit I gave. We live in Orlando, Fl. so we did not need Jump for Joy to keep the deposit for a year. My father in law found out he had cancer and needed surgery the week of my sons party. The lady at the front desk was very “dry” as someone else mentioned, but told me the manager would be in contact with me. I have yet to hear from them and his party was supposed to be Aug 15th. I have called numerous times. They say they’re a Christian facility, but I don’t believe that to be the case at all. It seems like they only care about the money and not about their regular customers. We will not be back unless this can be resolved. My father in law was put in Hospice Care today. He has helped wire and build all the ambulances in the area for the last 20 years. He was the hardest worker I knew! A month and a half ago he was completely fine, but the cancer spread quickly. She wasn't rude, she was just very dry, which, she could have very well been tired. One of the inflatables wasn't properly inflated and it started folding over on my son but it evened out as more kids got on. My kids are having a blast though and that was the purpose of us coming.
