Bill is the most knowledgeable, honest and fair Jeweler that I’ve ever dealt with. I went there a few times years ago and when I came back after a few years, Bill remembered my name immediately. He is very personable, always willing to help. I have gone to see him 3-4 times when I didn’t have much to trade, like I had in the past, but he still never treated me differently. It was as if I walked in with $30 of gold to sell. I could have had $300 worth it’s never treated differently or treated like my business that day wasn’t a priority, like it would be at other places. No, Bill is intelligent, friendly, honest (probably to a fault). I highly recommend this store for any gold, silver, jewelry repair and engineering and not concerned with trying to lowball you just to make the sale. Bill won’t hesitate to give you a fair and honest price, quality products and free estimates. This is all S.O.P. For always offered, even if he can’t beat the competitions prices, he will tell you honestly to try a second opinion. That’s by design, as I’m sure he knows he is the ONLY store in the area that will not up-charge you and you will most likely be coming back before too long. 5 stars, I’d give more it...

It was Very good. Bill is knowledgeable as is his Staff,I went in with my Daughter, a nice young lady greeted us,I Saudi was the one you have directions to. She laughed said glad u made it,then turned to my 8 year old daughter and started a conversation with her like they had been childhood friends that had not seen each other in 10/15 years,and the whole while I'm engaged in conversation with Bill about buying Gold/Silver etc.Yet I had an ear on the two gabby gals,lol.See that is what you want from a local store owner/business, it shows me at least they care,needless to say they are so close to SPOT price it's awesome!! Bill has vast knowledge of coins and various other things,I am very happy I found this business,in this business it's hard to trust,to not have a fleeting feeling of your not getting the best deal, scratch that in these times it's hard to find PEOPLE who are honest,not out entirely for themselves.So all and all Precious Metals Exchange of Delco is extremely professional,honest and curtious .You guys have made another loyal...

Don't do it. You might think that you're getting fair prices but my advice to you is go somewhere else and you'll see the difference tried.My advice is let him price you and before you sell go somewhere else and see what they offer you. He tried to to offer me a minimal price which I knew wasn't right and when I try to leave the store he told me let him recheck it and then he told me that one of his Stones were off and he gave me a higher price which I still felt wasn't right since you just tried to jip me the first times So i went to another store fand found out he was jipping me for over $100. If you want to go somewhere honest.go to the small one on macdade and West Chester Pike next to Dunkin donuts. Their prices were awesomeit sits by itself in a little parking lot right...
