Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lansdowne

This place has gone down hill. Ive been ordering from here for years. So ive been giving them the benefit of doubt. But after accounting my past several delivery orders, this is the last straw.

The quality, and especially the service has nose dived. Most of the food is presented often being dried out, and unappetizing when I get it. When I opened the box of brownies I ordered, there was a bug inside it. They dont care what they give you. The people answering the phone are often times rude. And to top it all off, this place consistently messes up and delivers incomplete orders and refuse to fix their mistakes or issue a refund.

My past serveral orders, ive had to play phone tag with them each time. In attempts to get everything i already paid for, to no avail. They give the run around, duck, and dodge any accountability for the consistent mistakes. That they make so often, that you would be lead to believe it were intentional. If it wasnt for the fact, that the staff often comes across as inebriated or on something.

This place needs all new staff, and management or else its doomed to lose more business. Because as for me ill be withdrawing my business from here and instead patronize doordash, or a mom and pop pizzeria like the Colonial Kitchen nearby there,...

I stopped ordering from Papa John's ever since the former owner, John Schnatter, used the N-word during a conference call. Since recently discovering Shaq O'Neal took over on the board of directors, I decided to give Papa John's another shot--and I'm glad I did.

While this particular location is very small, its customer service is AMAZING! I have ordered from this location at least 4 times and I always seem to run into Jesse on the cash register. Jesse, despite wearing his mask, is always smiling and delivering great customer service. If I get to the location a little early, he always lets me know how long will be left on my order.

While I do not know the names of those who staff the kitchen, they are always wearing their masks, don clean uniforms, and are always willing to help the customer and their fellow teammates. I always leave this location with hot, delicious pizza and a...

I ordered a 10 inch pizza, 6 wings, and 2 liter Pepsi, and had it sent for delivery. It was said to be delivered to my house for seventeen minutes—after it’s intended time—nothing was there, even though it said, it was already delivered. It finally shows up, I thanked the driver for delivering it, and I got my pizza—okay. The pizza is alright, but the wings taste awful! For $9.00 you get six wings that are worse, than 3 very large wings, the size of your hand mind you, for $6.00-I ordered at a three star Chinese restaurant! And I walked 2.1 miles in 24 degree weather, with a 20 degree wind chill factor—and it was still hot and tasty when I got home! These wings from Papa Johns are cold, stupidly messy, and tiny!
