I’ve frequented Fortuo for the last several months and have had some issues but overlooked them because they’re a newer business and it takes time to get into the flow of things, especially in training staff. That being said, don’t come here unless you have 20-30 mins to order. The staff often interrupt each other during transactions, often because one of them needs help with something, and you will stand there mid-transaction for 10-15 mins at a time. While they’re ringing you up, ok? This has happened each and every time I’m in there. I only go there when I know I have time to wait, because to be blunt, they’re very slow or seemingly confused. Again, I overlooked this. Until yesterday, i went in there and made a big order, 5 carts, 2 disposable vapes and like 6 bags of edibles. I just now opened one of the disposable vapes, it’s dead after charging. Doesn’t work. The other disposable vape just isn’t in the bag. I called up there, the owner told me i was lying lol. I asked him to look up my account and see if Id actually been charged for the missing cart (maybe I wasn’t, maybe this was my mistake) and he flat out said he could, but personally it sounded like I was making this up. I now truly believe they do all this BS while cashing you out, to distract you. They give a ton of free stuff away and i think it’s catching up with them. I found the receipt and I was charged for two disposables. But ok, fine, if you wanted to say that’s my responsibility for not clocking that when I got home, sure. What about the broken disposable that doesn’t work? I love supporting small businesses but they are a prime example of why people will go to the big guys. No...

This is the least expensive place I've found to get premium cannabis edibles, or bud. It's conveniently located on S. MLKJr Rd. & Jolly Rd on the South side of Lansing, MI. Which is less than a quarter of a block from the apartments where I currently live. With plenty of parking space, and located in a single level building that is wheelchair/handicap accessible. And, I assure you, after one look at their EVERYDAY PRICES, and selections, you're not likely to want to do your cannabis shopping ANYWHERE ELSE. I mean, I went there to get me something, and ended up getting a one gram ( 1g ) PREMIUM (36% THC) pre roll, and left with that and two hundred milligrams (200 mgs/10 pcs) of gummies, all for the EXTREMELY LOW PRICE of $5.25 out the door. Most of the dispensaries I've been to here in Lansing are charging more than that for a one hundred milligrams (100mg ) pack of gummies. Seriously, you CAN'T beat their [EVERYDAY PRICES] ANYWHERE in Lansing. So, stop by, and check them out. And tell them that I gave them a MOST, WELL DESERVED, review.
