BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Lansing

A man was working on the side of the building when I came through the drive thru so I was not able to pull close to the window, afraid that I might accidentally hit his ladder. I chose to open my door to get out to pay and get my food and drinks which was fine until Shelby, the lady at the window let me stand there with my hands out trying to hand her my cards. Instead of paying attention to the customer at her window, she chose to hang out the window and have a full blown conversation with the man working on the building. I stood there so long I tried to interrupt and say “here”, because I was annoyed that I’m still standing here with rain drops falling on my head. However Shelby decided to continue flirting with the guy as I stood there with hands out. I then said “hello!” She finally turned to me smiling and took my cards. She didn’t apologize or try to act like she didn’t know I was standing there. She acted as if I was on her time. She was so busy flirting that she made my order wrong so I had to drive all the way back after I already made it home. I know she was the person that made my order because when I walked into the building to tell them my order was wrong they asked her to remake the bagels she just made. POOR...

BEWARE OF A SNEAKY CASHIER She’s up to no good!! Idk her name. She’s very petite. Olive complexion, black hair, looked like a pixie haircut. I couldn’t really tell, cuz she was wearing a beanie hat. Very cute girl! But sneaky! If u pay with cash, count your change. If u pay with card get a receipt!!! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ BUT the 2 stars aren’t even for her! It’s for this location period! Be careful driving thru the parking lot. It’s full of potholes!

#1. If you order hot chocolate, check it before u leave to make sure it’s actually hot chocolate! I ordered 2 for my kids. Got home, my daughter said it didn’t taste like chocolate. I opened both of them, and they were both in fact…just hot milk!!! No chocolate! 🤔 I seen another review on here that said the same thing! So apparently that wasn’t a one off!

#2. If u order a ICED coffee, and u like it to be cold and have ice, do this; Order a medium w/no ice. + a Large cup of ice. Then pour the coffee in the ice cup. It will mess up the pretty whip cream & syrup on top, but at...

This was my 1st visit to this Biggby. I have always had good service in the past. NOT THIS TIME. I went through the drive-through as I was on the way to visit my mom in the hospital, and ordered a Teddy Bear, a smoothie, and 2 turkey havarti sandwiches on an asiago bagel. They were out of the white lightning to make my Teddy Bear so I had to order something else. The girl WAS helpful in helping me pick another coffee. However, as I finished my order, I then noticed the big sign in the middle of the menu board saying "pumpkin muffins are back". So I tried to order one and the girl said they did not have any. SERIOUSLY!? After pulling up to get my order and waiting forever, the girl handed me my order. I gave her extra for a tip. Then she handed me my food and said something like "here you go". No "thank you" no "have a nice day", NOTHING. I said "thank you", and gave her a chance to say something nice. NOPE! THEN, I got to the hospital, opened up my order, and my turkey havarti's were not on Asiago bagels as I had ordered. I of course will...
