I can’t stress enough, how much customer service matters. I am all for supporting a the younger generation getting a job, but customer service skills need to be in place! Although I can’t just say it’s the younger generation because now this is the second time I’ve gone into the store and I’ve been treated like I’m annoying them. I went in to get my order because I got an email. The young lady was the only one in the store. She asked me for my name and I responded with the way it’s pronounced and a broken down way so that she could understand what I was saying. She then proceeded to tell someone on the phone that I gave her two different names which I corrected her that I didn’t. I was just saying it in a way or maybe the spelling would be easier to locate. After the 10th time of telling her what my name was we could not find the order. I assisted in looking for the order, and we still could not find it. I told the young lady I had to leave to pick up my daughter from practice, to which she responded “ok”. No apologies, no explanation for how we are going to fix the problem. It’s unfortunate because I really love the products of Moneyball, but this is the second time that I’ve gone in there and I’ve been treated like I am a bother. Read moreWe ordered our son’s soccer uniform from here months ago. While every other player on the team has received their uniform, our son has not. We have been repeatedly given dates that the uniform was expected to be in by, but the date passes without contact from the person who “handles all of the soccer uniforms.” We’ve contacted the store and the person “handling” the uniforms several times without explanation or an answer as to when (or at this point if) we will receive the uniform.
