This is a honest review I’m from California so I was very skeptical of this store online but let me tell you great and easy website to order from lots of boot varieties from Work boots to causal, also big name brands too. I had ordered a pair of Ariat Boots neatly packaged didn’t even come damaged mind you they’re located in Laredo, Texas and I’m in California shipped quick also which is another plus. Great customer service on top of that they called me a day after I put my order in sadly I didn’t answer cause it was an outside call but thank goodness for Google I just looked up the number and it was Corral Western Wear I also received a email from Homero greeting me and making me feel welcomed just thru an email I love supporting small businesses mostly in times like this best believe I will return for their great prices and services!! So I went back to the store to exchange them. I was told by some young female that since I'd worn them I couldn't exchange them. Excuse me??? I have even left the mall yet!! And the female seemed to take great pleasure in not taking them back. Almost taunting me. NOT HAPPY!!! all I wanted was an exchange, not a refund. Read moreSave your money. Literally any other store that sells wester merchandise or Amazon will be your best bet. I emailed them twice and received no response regarding receiving the incorrect item. When I called they informed me they were aware they sent me a substitution item although I was never notified. Had I received notice, I would’ve rejected the substitution and opted for a full refund. They also told me I was still responsible for shipping it back and purchasing a return label. They will also still be taking a 15% restocking fee which is absolutely absurd given that if I was properly notified of an item substitution I would’ve rejected and gotten a full refund.
