Pino Burger — Restaurant in Laredo

I attempted to make an order by phone on a saturday at 9:30 pm three times, phone was not answered, since I live nearby I got there at 9:45pm and after a couple of minutes waiting at the counter with nobody there, I was told that they could only make a burger... I left very upset and no purchase was made. Poor customer service, the place was dirty and I really wonder if the owner of this establishment or franchise know how this business is being managed/operated with overpriced food which regardless of this, in other locations...

I've been ordering from this place for over 4 years, and the staff is still just as awesome and so kind! I'm still getting the old west burger. However, now I add grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. I highly recommend that burger with those add-ons.

ordered quite a bit of food, and the staff was awesome enough to separate everything in their own bag. Very welcoming too. Definitely two thumbs up. Oh and delicious food. I recommend #8 old...

I love the hamburger in any Pino burger in Laredo! They’re truly the best Mexican hamburger on this side. The thing is, the waiters are very busy using their phone on the counter, they’re not looking at the customers, several times a kid went up to them at the counter to ask to refill his drink. & they are not bothered to hide their phones.
