It’s been a long time since I’ve been here, I like to read reviews and see if the complaints are so severe that I would choose to avoid this place. Well, we didn’t. We came in and were immediately greeted at the entrance and asked if we had a preference of a table or a booth. We sat in a booth and ordered in a traditional manner. Cócteles de camarón a large and a small, the flavor was good and the amount of shrimp was insane!! I can’t believe how much shrimp there was in this large cup. We also ordered chicken quesadillas with a side of fries and lastly a fish ceviche tostada. The ceviche was decent, the quesadillas were delicious and lastly the service has been impeccable. This is the type of service that many restaurants should model after. I can’t understand why some people complained that they were never paid attention too but for us the experience has been remarkable. We will be coming back!

Read moreThe service and food at this location is terrible. I ordered our food at 4 PM and asked for it to be ready for pick up at 5:15 PM. I get there at 5:20 thinking the food would be ready, I pay, they tell me it will be a few more minutes...yeah no. They had me standing at the front door, waiting from 5:20 PM until 6 PM for my food. Not once was I offered something to drink while I waited, or a place to sit. The ladies in the front even ignored me several times when I asked what the status of my order was. Finally got my food when I asked for a refund so I could leave and get food elsewhere. The manager tried to be nice and apologize in the end, but his staff had really dropped the ball by the time he stepped in.
In regards to the food, my plate was COLD. The food must've been sitting there for a while. Also, we ordered Red Snapper (Which costs about $30) and instead were given Red Tilapia and it had no flavor. So we were ripped off and the taste wasn't even similar....
Read moreEveryone in this specific establishment needs proper training. One of the cooks (I assume) offered me coke (not the type of coke you drink). Both managers seemed to disappear once it got full. The servers where trying there best and with my 5 years of managing experience I was kind enough to help the servers by telling them what to do. They thanked me for helping them because it was obvious they weren't trained. Also they have to spray anti fly spray in order for the flies to go away. They spray it everywhere. Under the table, the seats, and the booths. The food was amazing but I went there to eat not help untrained servers. If they have any bug problems might as well close it for a weekend and call someone to exterminate the problem. They need real managers that train them and managers that need to be trained.
