Whataburger — Restaurant in Laredo

Hope somebody cares... I have been a Whataburger fan for 55 yrs and my rate for my lunch combo today was very poor..Today after waiting for a long time in the drive service I desided to go inside and order to eat in...There was No lane in and asked for a #1 w/ cheese whata-combo... After waiting for more than 20 minutes I got my order..With a 😃 smile and very hungry I graved my first 🍟 fries?( they were sooo cold..My 🍔 was so cold also and the 🧀 was not even worm :( ..So sorry to give you and your staff a 👎 bad review..Hope someone cares to maKe our eatting experience better..You are the best in TEXAS .. Don't let yourself be like the other 🍔 restaurants.. Fight for your #1 quality please.. My famly in the state of Illinois have ask me to flight your Whataburgers to them by plane just to get the best 🍔 burger from Texas and that is WHATABURGER...YES SR!! PLEASE! Do something about it ... Hope some one cares to read this... ❤ atte Miss Ruby...

See lie ovr to center. That's the burger line. Deposit bag there. Watered down soft water. No problem. If it's sweet tea. Leave here it with me. 2nd angel shows up. Looks at large sweet tea cup. Flips coin.head angel calls it. (Tails!) Head angel. Looks confused." Hey. Anyone walk in with a Whataburger bag? Let me know!"

Favorite whataburger to go to! Friendly staff and the food is always warm! I've been going to this whataburger for the past 10years or so and I've only been given a wrong order a handful of times and sometimes it's a plus, like this order - I was given extra fries. Haa.

I'm not too big on their cookies and I wish there was a bit more icing on the cinnamon rolls, but that's just me!

Review edit; ordered new menu item: Ordered the new 9pc Buffalo wings and was given plain wings instead. They were pretty good, but not chicken strips good (I like the crispness of the breading). They did have a good amount of chicken - thin layer of breading. The wings come in a cute plastic container that can definitely be repurposed! Will definitely give it another go.
