If you want to come here and enjoy some drinks, don’t get your hopes up. I ordered some drinks and the first employee did not card me. But then the second one, this older woman, for some reason did and when I gave her my drivers license, she looked at it and called this other employee over and they both looked at my drivers license like I was a wanted woman on the run or something. I asked if everything was OK, And it turned out that they had been scanning my drivers license on this little machine that looked like it was purchased on Temu, And said that my license looked “sketchy” … they pretty much told me they thought my License was fake because my picture looked sketchy, but for me not to worry because it happened a lot with other customers…. So this happens quite often and yet they still choose to keep relying on this machine and not sell drinks based on that. Makes absolutely no sense. 👎🏽 I will say however, although I’m flattered that they carded me, (makes me feel young 😃 ) I just Feel like they need more training on their customer service skills and how to talk to customers And try to explain that they’re just doing their job instead of telling them their picture looks “sketchy” and accusing them of having a fake ID.

Been coming here since I was a kid and the place needs a lot of work. Considering that R. Vela is making money with his other venue Playmor, he should consider renovating this bowling alley. I love Jett bowling, I hate to see it look like a dump. The "kitchen/snack" area is in desperate need of repairs. The amount of grease and dust in that area is disgusting. Don't get me started on the food. The nachos are water down nacho cheese, with crusty musty & nasty looking jalapenos. The pizza looks like the Hill Country Brand from HEB, worse they served it cold and the damn beer was hot.The restrooms are full of graffiti & vulgar language, and it smells like mold. The balls need to be replaced, many of them are chipped/cracked and not by design. This places makes enough money to see a vast improvement. Old-School Bowling, very nice place to spend some time with the family, friends or even a date. Prices are accesible. Beer sizes are served depending on the number of people, for example if you want a Yard, only 4 people can drink from it (ID required). If it's only two people, they have a Beer Jar which has a good amount too for around $10. On weekends gets a bit crowded so be aware of that maybe you'll need to wait some time. Another cool thing I noticed is that around 10 PM they turn off the lights and you can see some glowing things on the tables and the walls, also the bowling lines get some cool lights as well, it feels like a disco/club for teenagers. They also have another area to play videogames if you're not into bowling, and even another spot with pool tables (this is only for 21+).
