After getting our food, one of my group members went to ask for ranch; she got it from a dark brown haired girl, they didnt mention a price or anything about a tab, we finished it, I went to ask for some more, AGAIN, didnt mention anything about prices or a tab, they just gave us the packets and at any point coulve mentioned a price, if not, me and my group were sat at a table so they easily couldve mentioned it then. 2 chances to give ME or MY FRIEND a price or to charge us. Didnt say a word. Me and my friends finished eating, we start out to leave, before i leave, the thinner redhead yells to me “you need to pay the ranches!” WHICH I HAD NO PROBLEM PAYING, though i was bothered because it seemed like i was trying to steal ranch, which is pathetic and i wouldnt do that, it embarrassed me to be frank. As my friend is paying since i had my wallet in the car, i kindly advise the rude red haired SKINNIER girl(because theres two) and i quote, “hey i would really love it if maybe next time you tell me its gonna be an extra charge because you never told me”(again, im fine with paying extra, i just wouldve liked to know beforehand so it doesnt seem like im stealing RANCH) and she absolutely snaps at me, raising her voice responding snarkily “well you walked away before i could tell you”. I had stood there for 10 seconds waiting for her to get the ranch, she had every one of those 10 seconds to tell me about the charge, not to mention the other 10 seconds my friend had gone up and asked for some. I remind her of this, and she turns her back, shows me the palm of her hand and says, AND I QUOTE, “no you didnt hun bye” and walks off. I have my 5 other friend witnesses to back me up as well as a man who was at the front desk with me watching this bs. The girls last name was espinoza, red hair, skinnier than the other redhead. I was not inconvenienced by anyone else but her. Everyone else was very nice and sweet but this...
Read moreWaited 30 minutes at curbside. Called the store like app said, was told they’d be out when they were done with whatever they were doing, ok….waited another ten minutes and saw no sign of anyone coming out. So I embarrassingly get down in my torn and tattered clothes from work (why I chose curbside) and get stared at by the one group of customers (what is it staff are so busy doing they can’t service curbside) and ask for my food, they hand it to me and surprise surprise, it’s cold. I was not in the mood to complain after working a 12 hour shift so I just left. Extra star for throwing in free breadsticks and even though it was cold decent pizza, but come on, it takes less than 20 seconds to grab a pizza and take it 10 feet...
Read moreThe pizza was fresh and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. The Ultimate Cheesy Crust Pizza is great, I really liked it. A lot. The service was adequate, not friendly, but it got the job done. I don't know if all locations charge for pepper flakes and parmesan cheese packets, but this one did. I checked the pizza box and no packets were included. I asked for some and was told by the cashier as she pointed to a sign on the wall, that pepper flakes or cheese packets were 0.75 cents. As I only had my debit card on me, I declined. I did use a pepper flake shaker from a table to season a few...
