WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I went to this store to look for dress since they recommended me from their location downtown but boy was I in for a surprise!!! I originally went to the location downtown and they were so sweet and helpful but sadly did not have the dress I wanted but they did had it at this location so they sent me there. As soon as I walked in I could tell no one wanted to help me I was looking around for about 5 minutes before I had to go get someone to help me but was told that they were too busy so I needed to wait, now mind you there were like 3 people just standing there doing nothing. After a while the designer came and asked me what I wanted I told her I was looking for a wedding dress and that I was told they had it on my size and as soon as I told her she started making excuses as to why I shouldn’t try the dress on. Eventually one of the girls who was very nice showed me to to a dressing room after I picked the dresses I wanted to try. After I tried on the first dress she wanted to show the designer what the dress looked like so there I go all excited and as son as she saw me she just side eyed me and walked away without saying anything. Once I was back at the dressing room I was trying on a second dress where she barged in and said I couldn’t tried anymore dresses after I was told I could try 4 I tried to explain to her that the dress I was trying was barely the second one when she got all pissed and told the girl to just let me try the dress and get it out of system but the worst was when she got out and closed the door. She told the girl that was helping me to watch out that I wouldn’t rip any of the dresses as wedding dresses are not really fit for my type of body, keep in mind I told them I was a size 16 and they brought me all the dresses in the biggest size they had which are 18-22. She then proceeded to chat with the other girls about how her dresses should not even be made in that size and a bunch of other things making fun of body as I was right in the other side of the dressing room. At that point I just told the girl that was there to help me take off the dress and ran out of the crying. This lady made me feel like literal crap and then had the audacity to still try to shout at me all mad while I was literally trying to run out the store in tears. Please do not go to this place or take your girls here specifically if you are on the plus size side. I tried contacting the owner but seems that they don’t really care about what happens...
