Went to this store outlets location and OMG how rude can you be! My 14 year old niece was trying on quinceañera dresses and the owner let is know she could only try on 2 dresses 🤨 because they couldn't afford to get them damaged everytime someone tried them on by the second dress my niece had had it she was bra less and the ladies kept walking in on her for no reason because they were not helping her put on the dress but just kept walking in to "check on her" my niece felt so uncomfortable and told us she was done. When we were walking out the owner ladies walked up to us and asked what dress we were going to separate we said none she got so mad and said are you serious we only let her try on the dress because you said you were going to separate one today. I like coming to this beautiful wedding boutique in downtown Laredo. If I were in my youthful girly days, I would ask my parents to get my debut gown here. Gowns are elegant and lovely; they come in varied colors. Liz, the lady who showed me around, was gentle in her persuasion to try the evening sheath gowns but they did not have the color I was looking for. She showed me their seating area while I was waiting for my husband. The other staff Gerardo is also courteous and helpful. In this store, you can avail of their lay-away plan. Client pays 20% of the gown or party dress and the remaining 80% must be paid in 3 weeks for the evening dress or 2 months for the gowns. The price of the gown includes the bouquet and the crown. DONT GO TO THAT PLACE!!! I am a person who likes to plan ahead. . . We went into the store the look and start getting ideas but if my daughter fell in love with a dress I would separate even if its a year away. The owner/ manager was HORRIBLE. . . Since the quince wasn't 4 to 5 months away we couldn't purchase anything and if I dont plan on separating anything she wasn't allowed to try on anything. So let me get this straight you aren't allowed to separate a dress 1 year in advance and the only way you can try on something is if you are going to BUY!
