I had an appointment at 1000 this morning however I was unable to be seen. Iâm on night shift I havenât slept and before coming here I dropped off my car to get serviced and took a shuttle here. As I was trying to pay Alex advised me that he couldnât take my form of payment which was carecredit without a debit card on file.I then explained to him my situation and the pain that I am in and he stated he couldnât. I then asked for the office manager and he came back saying âshe was tied up and couldnât comeâ I said I can wait for her and then Nidia came to the window. I then again explained to her my situation and how embarrassing this was since two of my friends were also in the waiting room. I told her I didnât grab my debit card since I had left it in my car. Iâve used care credit numerous times at different establishments and never have they required a debit card to be on file before taking the payment. I told her I was never advised over the phone nor do they have it posted anywhere in the lobby. I asked to see policy and they were unable to show me. This is the last time I will frequent this establishment. Prior to this I had been here 1 other time and I struggled getting through to them over the phone.    Read moredr. trivette was very nice and willing to answer any questions. on the other hand his staff, most specifically sandy, was very rude. five weeks had gone by and i never received a call back from the office regarding my follow up appointment for a nexplon insertion. when i would call to see if insurance had approved it or not she would tell me to be patient. until finally she told me it was not an option at all that my insurance didnât approve it. the only option was to pay for it out of pocket or get an iud . i found it weird and called my insurance to ask if that was the case and they said it would be approved if it was billed differently i just had to call the office and ask if they could bill it differently. i called sandy and after the fourth time she finally answered. when she finally answered she never answered my question as to why it couldnât get billed that specific way and spoke to me in a very demeaning voice and wouldnât even let me finish my sentences. she then offered to speak to the insurance with me but it would take a long time to get in contact with them. when i agreed the line suddenly âcut offâ. i canât imagine having to go thru a pregnancy with the services the staff provide. they are not supportive and donât make the process any easier. they are...
   Read moreGood Doctor HORRIBLE staff!! I talked to two different ladies to make a simple appointment and come the day of my appointment they tell me I don't have one on that day or at all. So I explain to her the situation and says she can make room for me. One minute later she calls me back that I had actually called to change my appointment time from 4:30 to 10Am which I didn't and would NEVER do because of work. I told her that couldn't have been me and that theres no way and she says "yes you did" um..no...I DIDN'T! Told her to forget it and to not even bother "squeezing" me in. I'm going with someone else. And this isn't the first time they screw up. AND the first time I called to make an appointment I had to repeat myself LITERALLY 4 times or more.
