Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laredo

Not bad but not good. My friends and I went close to 10 pm and they already had the lights off as if they were ready to close when they close at midnight. Then the lady that took our order was eating a slice of mango and even talked to us like she was annoyed. Plus there's no menu whatsoever, she just gave us a paper of the specials only. Lastly, once we got our food, we ate there, the lady brought the pepper and cheese and slammed them on the table as if she was mad. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I get people don't like their jobs, but at least fake a smile instead of making it obvious. Never eating inside that...

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza to go at 11 pm. When I got the Pizza Hut I noticed that they were turning off the lights and pretty much closing at 11:30. The website says they close at 12. My pizza was completely RAW , cheese was falling off and the pepperonis were just thrown on the pizza. Disgusting. The manager had the nerve to say it wasn’t raw . I am just glad I opened the box before I left. Won’t be back ever

The place is extremely inconsistent when it comes to sauce. When I ask for extra as I usually do, they will either put so much you can't lift the pizza without everything falling off or so little that you can barely taste it.

Last 3 times I went they wasted my time, money and gas with this issue. They emailed me a voucher for a free pizza for the mistake which was nice but when I went for my next pizza they completely ignored what I had ordered (extra sauce).

This location displays a total lack of care for a simple custom order.
