Greta - Rocio Drive — Restaurant in Laredo

I’ve been a loyal customer of Greta’s for a long time I genuinely love the food and always try to support small businesses. However, I had a very disappointing experience recently that I feel needs to be addressed.

There was a young woman working (wearing glasses, with no name tag visible) who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told her I wanted carrots, she reached for another ingredient, and I thought she was going to add it by mistake. I quickly said, “No carrots please,” and she snapped back with attitude, saying, “I know” in a tone that made the rest of the experience feel very uncomfortable.

From that point on, she seemed irritated and deliberately gave me noticeably small portions of every ingredient. I’ve never experienced anything like this here. The other employees especially the guy and the other ladies have always been friendly, helpful, and kind.

It’s upsetting to have such a negative interaction at a place I genuinely enjoy and regularly support. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customer service is just as important as the food, and today’s experience really...

Upon arriving around 4:00 pm, I eagerly tried the a chicken salad for the first time, based on glowing recommendations from friends from my gym. 🙂The food lived up to its reputation, but regrettably, the service did not. 😕😕😕The older lady assisting me seemed to have an off-putting attitude, dampening my first experience. I hope this review finds the right person. I have been frequenting Greta now for the past 3 weeks a couple times a week during my lunch break. I will eat-in alone, with my husband, or take out for myself and my coworkers. If you're looking for something QUICK, filling, and clean - Greta is the place. My usual order: spring mix and spinach, carrots, cucumber, celery, bell pepper, edamame, crispy chicken, mozzarella, and extra crispy onion for crunch with balsamic vinaigrette.
