This place has really gone down the drain. When this placed first opened it was decent. The food was pretty good. But now its rundown and feels old and the food is terrible. The only thing keeping this place afloat is the Bar. I took my daughter this past weekend for a birthday party and absolutely regret it. I should have go to Main Event. The arcade is terrible. Several of the games are broken and rundown. They all cost a dollar or more to play too and they give you only a few tickets. Some of the games have seats that are eaten away looks like a dog tore them or something. My four year old didn't even know what to play cause the games were boring and unattractive.

The prizes are bad. They only have small bouncy balls and cheap toys to give away. Most of the good prizes were given away long ago and it seems like they never replaced them because many of the shelves where prizes should be were completely empty. The prize room looked bare and sad. It looked more like an empty storage room than a prize room. Empty boxes were thrown in a corner just laying there nobody seemed to care. You can tell the place is not mopped daily. The doors to the prize room were greasy and full of hand prints. It smelled bad in the prize room too. Kinda made me nauseous.

The food was terrible. We ordered pizza which was brought out cold. The pizza didn't even have any cheese on it and was mostly bread and crust. The crust was bland. We also ordered nachos that only had a few toppings in the middle the rest was plain nachos. The nachos had watery runny beans on them which made them soggy. I have never had nachos with frijol juice on them which was disgusting. It gave me nausea and upset stomach.

Overall the experience was bad verging on terrible. I should have gone to Main Event. I agree with another reviewer who stated a better experience could have been had at Peter Piper, Main Event, or Chuck E Cheese. Pla Mor is definitely not worth the money and I too plan on...

I ordered a pizza and asked for extra cheese, pepperoni, and sauce. They didn't make it as requested thus serving us something resembing cardboard and ketchup. The wings were rubbery. The fries were decent. I asked for a beer and she was confused when I told her I wanred a bottle not draft. She returned with a draft beer. When it was time to pay she was confused with the touch screen point of sale system. She was touching the screen for about an hour straight and still didn't give us our tab. When she finally did, I had items that we did not order but it was less than I expected so I told them I would pay that because I was tired wanted to leave. An employee told me that the waitress would need to come back and verify everything on the ticket. I told them it took her an hour just to get me my tab and I didn't want to wait for the confused girl to make me wait another hour. Finally a waitress told me not to worry about it and they would take care of it. This probably happens often. The owner is probably losing alot of $ due to poorly trained staff. Apparently there aren't any managers on duty, just young kids trying the best they can without guidance. The arcade is really bad. Half the games don't work and the redemption prize room is sad. Don't go if you want your family to have good food and play arcade games. The beer was decently priced. Really bad, never again. My family gathered there last night to enjoy our Friday, we had a somewhat of good time, my 6yr son was hit on the chest by another older boy that was Autistic, while I understand these children at times don't understand right or wrong . It took your 1 woman staff almost 35 min to locate the parents. I say your 1 woman staff because the female security was the only one assessing the situation, not 1 employee including any manager were able to answer any of my questions or had any decency to even help with the situation. What I don't understand is that both his parents were at the bar drinking their life away leaving their autistic child by himself. Sorry excuse of parenting at its finest . Mr. Vela I strongly suggest you have stronger rules on how handicapped children or any child should not be left alone. Another issue is all the half empty mugs left where all the children can enjoy the all the games can easily pick up a glass and drink whatever is in it or can pick it up and hit another child with glass mugs. Honestly if it weren't for her I probably would have gone to jail last night after I gave that mother a peice of my mind.
