A total disappointment on my first time there, my daughter asked for it and I went just for that. It seems to me that it was a manager who gave me one of the worst services I have ever received. On your menu has many options and in some cases the name of the drink appears and is followed by names of fruits and ingredients, that being my first time I assumed that all that contained the drink, so I ordered the drink by name, after that the lady asked me "what flavor?" So I thought she didn't listen to me, so, I repeated the name of the drink and she answered back again "what flavor?" and again I repeated the name of the drink, and again she repeated to me but in a very rude tone "what flavor?" And my answer was "miss that is the name of the drink" and she said "yes but you need to choose a flavor" And again in a very bad manner, she was not showing the slightest knowledge of what customer service is, how to show empathy to your guest and explain in a friendly way how it works, she preferred to continue with her bad ways. When I went to the window to pay, of course I showed my discomfort for the service she gave me and of course she also realized that, and that's when the worst came, in a mocking tone and being sarcastic, she tried to follow the speech of "thank you, have a good day, bla bla bla" but in a mocking and hypocritical tone. I was so disappointed in this location, to start they have a sign advertising $2 off a free smoothie today when you sign up and register. I immediately signed up and within seconds got the coupon texted to my phone. As Iโm about to pay I show the cashier ( Allan Fernandez ) my coupon and he claims he canโt use it due to it not being a Monday. When I questioned him about this he was very rude and had no answers. The coupon clearly stated that I would need to use it today 12/29 (A Sunday) before 10:15 am. When I showed him this he said let me text my manager. A manager wasnโt on site to help sort this which also made it frustrating. In the middle of this transaction he also had attempted to start my smoothie and just had the ingredients sitting in the blender. He was very rude about the whole situation, didnโt even attempt to scan my coupon or give me information about the manager or when a manager would be present. I have given various business to this franchise and itโs disappointing to see this particular location have horrible customer service and no solutions for their customers. Last time i visited SK and she was not there I had to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. There is no reason why I should wait this long in a drive thru ๐ and this is not the first time. This SK customer service is very poor. They only have teenagers managing this place....
