I was very excited to go to this store because they have a great variety of jewelry at affordable prices. However, the staff was very unwelcoming. Customer service does really make a difference and this place truly has the worst customer service of any place that I have been to. No one offered to help and when I asked a lady for help she stated that she wasn’t a worker who showed jewelry. Then the lady that does show jewelry didn’t really want to help. Honestly, I do NOT...

I agree with Rhonda with the customer service, horrible. I standing looking for 10 min, even trying to see the bottom and not even bother to ask if I needed help. They only help their wholesalers, they even greet them with pleasure. I WONDER of they...
