i have never felt so insulted and put off by a retail worker as i just was by the clerk here. this was my second, and likely last, time coming here. i live 32 miles away and made a trip here a few weeks ago and spent over $100 on a few kits with including rg sazabi and hg michaelis and several sanding, painting panel lining accessories with great expectations to return after tax refund hit to buy the perfect grade red frame astray they had for a very fair price and any new kit that struck my fancy.
so today was that day. brought my 20 year old son along with a few hundred bucks each and we were both very excited. we headed in and over to the rack the witch from mercury kits were last time and soon after i realized i had to use the restroom (we’d driven nearly an hour to come here) and asked the clerk who said very awkwardly “it’s for paying customers” and had a smirk like half smile one of my friends would use when being sarcastic so i sort of expected him to say “i’m just kidding” and he didn’t. so i asked again and he told me “we’ve had a lot of sketchy people here lately so it’s only for paying customers” i asked at what point i become a paying customer considering i’ve purchased there and drove there today intending to purchase . he mumbled something about heroin users and needles and again said it was for paying customers and a new store policy. my son and i left empty handed and fully offended.
i know this was not the owner as he stated as much last visit so i address this to the owner : please for your businesses sake teach this guy manners. my son and i are both dressed well and avid modelers and were thrilled to find the models we purchased a few weeks ago and were really looking forward to visiting today and in the future quite frequently. whatever happened with “sketchy customers” and “heroin needles” should not be transposed upon actual customers. i understand it may be difficult to know the intention of anyone who walks through the door but the way your worker handled this was totally wrong. i doubt most sketchy heroin users walk up and start discussing 30 minute missions and perfect grades with each other before very politely asking to use...

Great guy working down here, printing services are available upon request and as a fellow 3d printer looking at his prints I can verify that he quality of post print work is top notch.
