Creative Pinellas — Local services in Largo

On a recent trip to Tampa, I looked up free things to do and creative pinellas art gallery came up. I expected it to be a small studio showcasing local artwork, but boy! was I in a major but pleasant surprise. The gallery is big and was showcasing 3 different exhibitions. All of the exhibitions were so interesting, but 'Gaudi and Galban' and 'Visible' exhibitions simply blew my mind. The accompanying photos with Galban's paintings and his interpretation and expression in the paintings were simply amazing. Beautiful curation and display of the artwork. Then I moved to Visible, which was a collection by 4 awesome talented artists who work at the gallery! The collection and vision by the artists were superb. I had the good fortune to meet with the artist Wendy Bruce that day and her background history to how the exhibition came was very insightful and added more value to the overall experience. Had an amazing time at this gallery located close to Florida botanical gardens in a serene and beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely...

This place has enormous potential for in person dialog and community relationship building through smaller artistic workshops with poetry and local music composer guilds etc... Another suggestion would be urban food forest projects. The art gallery and staff are wonderful and the botanical garden is my fantasy come to life.
