Balderas Used Appliances — Local services in Las Cruces

I bought a freezer from them which worked the first couple of days then just stopped working. They came back to fix it twice and had to replace it cause it was unfixable, not to mention I lost $300 worth of grass fed beef. The next one the brought made ice on the bottom of the freezer which they came to fix. Apparently they took ALL the freon out of the freezer so I lost another $350 worth of food. When they admit the mistake was their fault but won’t replace the food they caused to spoil. I will be suing. Not to mention every time they are supposed to come they come at a completely different date and time. I was supposed to get a half of cow this week and now have no freezer for it to go into so unless I can find a new freezer I will also be losing out on even more food. I paid $250 for nothing . I dropped off my dryer in September 2024 to get it fixed . I picked it up a week and half later and i had the same problem 3 months later . They came to my house twice to fix it. A month later, it’s not working again . I spoke with the owner and he promised me to come to my house to fix it . He didn’t show up or call me. I called the next day and I was told that they would show up that same day to fix it and nobody showed up . I keep calling and nobody answers & I’m unable to leave a message . I am getting ready to report this company to the Better Business Bureau. Please don’t waste your time or money with these people . We have purchased multiple appliances from this business in the past few years. They have been decent for us in the past although we are going on our 3rd washer in two years so in my experience, used appliances don't last very long. Mr. Balderas is so kind and seems helpful in person but unfortunately they were no-shows for an appointment to diagnose our washer. When we called they were so apologetic and offered to come out by 10:30 the next day. Didn't show up till 3. Said they would deliver a washer the following day. Never showed up. Never called. I called for two days in a row getting excuses each time then gave up. Terrible business communications practices. Hire more people so you can keep appointments. If you can't come, call. It's simple.
