It makes me sad to only be able to give this place 3 stars. It used to be my absolute favorite coffee in the country - when I wanted a latte, this was exactly what I wanted.
In the last three months, they've hired new baristas who clearly have no idea what they're doing: 5 out of the last 5 drinks I've gotten from one specific barista have been undrinkable. You know when you go to village inn at 3pm, order a coffee, and know that you're drinking the bottom of pot that was brewed at lunch? That's what my $6 lattes have been tasting like. I took one sip of mine today and immediately threw it in the trash because it was undrinkable.
This used to be my favorite secret - now I'm actively telling people to run as far away as they can.

Read moreFor starters, I am a coffee junkie. No matter where I go, the first question is, where can I get a great cup of coffee? I’ve had coffee in More than half the states in the US, and countries far and wide. When I’m asked, what is my favorite coffee, it’s always the same answer, Pacho Coffee. I now live in Colorado and have tried all the local roasted coffee I can find hoping to develop a local supply. In the end, I continue to do a monthly order from Picacho. I have probably tried every blend they offer, and I’m never disappointed. What an incredible source of consistently great roasted coffee beans. Still my main stay and worth the cost of shipping, without a doubt. Just finished a very large cup of...
