
Poor service hair dresser was an hour late did not apologize for being late I asked for a black hair rinse she put a permanent dye in my hair got black dye all over me had to go home and shower to get it off ruined my jewelry and her response was oh I didn’t know you had jewelry on she quoted me one price but changed the price once it was time to pay and charged me way more than what her service was worth! Then they claim to be children of God but act nothing like Christ! No humility no kindness or consideration of one time or money just out for every dollar they can get. No blessing will ever come out of this business! First impression are everything and this was the worst experience I’ve had since relocating here. I hope the other black salons here are better than this one and appreciate their clients without clients you wouldn’t have a salon! Please leave Jesus name out of your mouth when your speaking because you give a very bad representation of who Jesus is! Was charged for the cut the color and a treatment that I did not ask for.the style was ok lSecond time asked for rods and wrapping foam to be put in. Was charged 75 My hair took 2 hrs counting getting my nails done. Bo did an excellent job
Third time was Friday I was 10 Mins late explained why I was late was told I had to wait when I wanted to reschedule was told I could be seen I also decided to wash and condition my hair before my appointment something I sometimes do. was told since I washed my hair it could not be touched if it was not shampooed in the shop never in my life have I heard of that. could not wait my husband had an appointment. Went to Great clips got what I wanted for way less of what I was being charged.

Not feeling the way the Owner is replying to the Customers who were dissatisfied with service. Wow! If they're right, or wrong. How you respond, is a reflection on You, and your Salon. You don't know who could be reading your replys, in a Review. Not everyone is going to be pleased. Don't expect it. Respond to them the same way you would to a Satisfied customer. With Dignity. Not Drama. If you know you did everything you possibly could do, to Satisfy a customer...and they write a bad Review...Why give it that type of energy? Is this how Owners act when they have no competition? lol!. Nasty and arrogant to dissatisfied customers?
