My family comes here at the minimum once a week, usually more. My son is a very picky eater. The teriyaki chicken is one of the few things he actually enjoys eating and always cleans his plate for.
Over the 2 years that I've lived at my current residence, this has been my most convenient location to go to.
Nine times out of ten, if not reminded, or without checking the bag before driving off, we NEVER receive teriyaki sauce to go with his chicken. He will not eat it without the sauce.
It is EXTREMELY inconvenient with small children in car seats to have to get everyone out of the car to go back inside to get some sauce that I should have received in the first place, only to get back into the car seconds later. If I order an egg roll, I get sweet and sour sauce, every time.
Tonight was the final straw. Even after asking politely when I get to the drive thru window, "May I have the teriyaki sauce on the side, please." As I normally do as a polite reminder to not forget it, it was forgotten.
Giving the benefit of the doubt I pulled forward, but then double checked my bag only to find that yet again, for the 20th or 30th time (over the course of 2 years) without exaggeration, it was not in the bag.
I parked my car, and unstrapped my children to head inside. Upon entering, I had to wait in line to inform someone my order had been filled incorrectly, again. Upon complaining that this is commonplace, I was told by the girl working the counter that "We're busy at this time, but you have your sauce now."
No apology, no sincerity. Just here's your sauce get over it and get out of my hair.
I'm out of your hair alright.
I will never again come to this location that can't fill a simple order correctly, and likely will hardly return to Panda Express as there really isn't any other than this that are conveniently located for me.
I'm an easy customer that doesn't complain much. I just wanted my sauce for my sons meal so he could enjoy it. I've even let it slide when I've returned home only to find that after ordering his teriyaki chicken with chow mein, the only thing he recieved WAS the chow mein and I had to drive all the way back to get his actual meal.
Not anymore. The food is decent, but check what you order, because they obviously don't care, and after the customer service or lack thereof I was shown for only wanting my sons meal corrected, I will...
Read moreCeila B is the most unhappy food worker I have ever encountered. I can imagine working in the food industry because I have spent many years working fast food and I do understand the stress you deal with on a daily basis as well as the unhappy customers who take things that are out of your control out on you. But PLEASE take ceila B off off drive through or any position customer facing. While I’m ordering in the drive through she keeps cutting me off before I can finish my order so she can get it over with. I start to say cho. . And she says okay chow mein next ! I’ll says sesame . . And she cuts me off and says yeah sesame chicken what else ! Not only is they rude but it’s ineffective because it’s just going to have me repeat myself and talk slower so I make sure you heard me correctly. So being upset and rushing your customer may feels good to you because you’re frustrated or whatever but you’re slowing the process down and making the customer more frustrated as well. Just breath. It’s tough. It really is. I truly know first hand. But a lot of people are unemployed right now so just be happy you’re making money today. And try not to ruin your customers moods before the food even comes. Just chill. Take the order. And move on. I wasn’t...
Read moreI was here lastnight at exactly 950pm and I ordered the only two things they had available at the time. Kung pow and steak and shrimp with fried rice. They managed to give us ONE Shrimp with our steak , and all three of the rices they serve, mixed together at the bottom of the bowls with our orders since it was the last if the last and they didn't feel like making more.
Trying not to complain too hard I ended up eating all of my Kung pow....... Until It hit me. And it hit me hard. I was in bed until 8pm the next day (tg I didn't have to work) because I was unable to move, eat, sleep drink, just function in general. While my boyfriend had managed to puke out this toxic mess they call panda, the night of, I wasn't so lucky. I had to endure praying to the porcelain God from both ends.
FYI, these employees need to learn how to wash hands, or atleast make some fresh food!
Edit: this post was made while I was sick the first day I am now on my 4th day of being terribly ill and in the hospital and will be reporting this location to the...
