I moved to this side of town almost three years ago. This US Bank branch was the closest one to me, so it is the one I visited most often for my personal and business needs. When I started coming to this branch I wasn’t pleased with the customer service. I did leave several reviews that were not positive. I have to say that I know for a fact that the reviews or looked at and they do take them seriously.
Over the past few years my interactions have been very pleasurable. The thing that I truly appreciate is that the staff call me by name before I give them my identification. Even the branch manager (Mr. Murdoch) knows who I am, and he doesn’t hesitate to say hello when he sees me.

Read moreI will not be going back to this location. Communication is horrible. Had an issue with my account, not my error. I was told I would be contacted numerous times regarding the issue. I was never contacted which resulted in me having to go back to the branch only to be told "there's nothing we can do, it's a different department, and they never answer." I waited 4 days for a release, with no help from the tellers. I was also told the branch manager would be notified of the issue....
