So I like to go to Starbucks a lot and I added this one in on my rotation for awhile. I would come here and work on my laptop for a couple hours maybe once a week. First off, it smells like homeless people in the back corner of the Starbucks. Even when I would use a sanitizing wipe on the chair and table, the smell would still be lingering. I actually saw one of the Starbucks employees call in the police one time to kick out a homeless person while I was working on my laptop. Talk about a show. I remember seeing another guy walk out all upset as well and I think he was homeless and was asked to leave.
My second complaint besides the lingering smell in the back corner is how cold they keep it in this Starbucks. It’s as if their heater doesn’t work at all in the winter time. Not sure if the owner is trying to save on energy but I was freezing my butt off even with pants and a long sleeve shirt.
Third complaint was I asked for ice on the side once, with my iced coffee, and this was the only Starbucks that actually gave me ice in one cup and then half a cup of coffee in the second cup. I looked at the barista all dumbfounded and she said refills are free. I shrugged my shoulders and said more work for you I guess. I’m sure this is a rule set by the owner, but just goes to show how stingy the owner is with their coffee and electricity.
The last and final complaint I had was how embarrassed I felt my last time there. I’m generally a friendly person, but I heard the employees laughing in the back room. This was shortly after I had a platonic conversation with two of the workers, one guy and one girl. I won’t say the names to prevent throwing people under the bus. But I could only assume I was being laughed at. So as I walked out I decided that was my last time there for all the reasons mentioned above. Out of all the Starbucks in Vegas, this was one of the worst ones in my...
Read moreI mobile ordered 2 drinks to this location. Pick up one drink and they said they are out of cold brew and sent me to the tenaya location. The manager explain the tenaya location will comp this drink because I already paid for it. The tenaya location refused to do so and have not received communication of me coming in. Tenaya location charged me for the cold brew. I just called and spoke with the manager again at this location who refused to listen to my issue and kept talking over me. She asked me to go to the tenaya location and have them refund me. Finally, she offered to write my name down and give me a free drink later or to have me come back in to issue a refund. Writing done your name for a refund never works. That paper gets lost and they have so many employees how will they remember.
The mobile order app is suppose to make it easy. No wait. No issues. Instead I have paid for 3 drinks and received 2 and waste gas and time. I will never go back to this location. I have used this location multiple times over 6 years and its a hit or miss but this is the final straw. I'll never go back.

Read moreZero Star .... Manager Jennifer Schaefer is very rude and should be fired. We ordered several items and waiting for our banana bread. Asked the barista about the bread, she said it's coming. Waited and our order were getting cold and the fraffucino melting, but no banana bread, mind you we were patient and nice. When I noticed no one near the oven warming up the bread, where Jennifer was and we told her we are waiting for our bread. She replied rudely "you need to move over there" I'm working on money. What the heck was her problem. I told her the iced in my coffee is melting for waiting too long for the banana bread. She told us again rudely to move. We were not over the counter were customers are not allowed. We were doing everything right and nicely. My daughter was with me and was fuming how Jennifer treated me. I'm curious how Jennifer treats her own mother. We reported Jennifer to the corporate office and counting the district or regional manager will do...
