Well I was very pleased with Dave to begin with. He did a good job on fixing my fuel pump and something else that in total cost like $900 but then I was having issues , & knew I needed a starter. He put a starter in and I still couldn't get the car to start so they took it back to O'Reilly's to get another one and I still had issues .They tried to tell me it was the flywheel which could cost like $1,000 as well as a new computer I don't know the cost on that). So it turned out the wire to the starter was not even connected properly. I took it elsewhere and that hardly cost me anything. The owner was annoyed with me . That's a shame because he's lucky I kept paying in cash because that's all he would take and in the end it was not my fault like they thought. They acted like I was some crazy person. Sad they lost my business and a lot of other people who I know who we were looking for good mechanics. LESSON here: don't go to someone who will not give you any kind of receipt, only takes cash and without paperwork you have no recourse.UPDATE: so the fuel pump they installed burned out within 2 months. I've brought my car in twice to have it looked at and repaired for different things and both of those times I was able to pick up my car within hours of dropping it off. I like that they are upfront about all costs and provide timely and quality service.
