Soy muy profesional y puntual. Compré un tocador y me dijeron que estaba agotado, pero que lo tendrían listo para que lo recogiera en dos semanas. Llamé, dijeron que volverían a llamar y no lo hicieron. Llamé para confirmar y la señora decidió buscarlo en ese momento. Ella procede a decirme que no estará listo hasta el viernes para que lo recoja. Trabajo y dirijo un negocio, por lo que el tiempo que dijeron que estaría disponible no está disponible y ya estoy reservado para la semana. Me dice que no tiene entrega y que puedo recogerlo la semana que viene o recogerlo el miércoles en la caja. Le pregunto si no hay forma de tenerlo juntos el miércoles para poder pedirle a otra persona que lo recoja por mí. Ella dice que no, si no lo quiero, puedo ir a buscar mi dinero. El problema que tengo es que el dinero no es el problema. Puedo comprar el tocador 100 veces, pero el servicio al cliente que recibí fue inaceptable. Procedo a pedir hablar con alguien más que esté dispuesto a escuchar. Dice que veré si alguien habla contigo y cuelga el teléfono. Eso es poco profesional e inaceptable. Tienen mi dinero y el tocador todavía están siendo groseros y ni siquiera reconocen que cometieron el error en la línea de tiempo.
I am very professional and timely. I purchased a vanity and was told it was out of stock but they would have it ready for me to pick up in two weeks. I called they said they would call back and didn’t. I called back to confirm and the lady decided to look it up right then. She proceeds to tell me that it won’t be ready until Friday for me to to pick up. I work and run a business so the time they said it would be available isn’t and I am booked for the week already. She tells me she has no delivery and I can pick it up next week or pick it up Wednesday in the box. I ask her is there no way to have it put together Wednesday so I can ask someone else to pick it up for me. She says no if I don’t want it I can come get my money. Problem I have is the money isn’t the issue I can buy the vanity outright 100 times but the customer service I received was unacceptable. I proceed to ask to speak to someone else who is willing to actually listen. She says I’ll see if someone will talk to you and hangs up the phone. That is unprofessional and unacceptable. They have my money and the vanity still yet are being rude and not even acknowledging they made the mistake on...
