Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

🏅GREATLY APPRECIATE THE SAFETY SEAL ON BAG. ✴ Even though it was my own order for myself that I was present to pick up..... There are delivery drivers that pick up people's orders and deliver them and I've noticed 😕different fast food places don't always have a seal. This somehow overlooked 😞 detail committed by competitor food chains around town, 😒('not going to name names') this definitely brings a bit more comfort especially if it is being delivered by third-party. 💯 Thank you Taco Bell for even making the little things priority and setting your footprint as high standard above all others. I must say to those who are reading this I've never was one to choose Taco Bell for my fast food dining and I don't often eat fast food but this detail keeps bringing me back not to mention the employees have never had an issue with my order nor myself placing it. My food is always hot and no matter what location the employees are well-kempt, groomed, Vigilant of hair, neat and tucked uniform and hands in sanitary gloves; that I've noticed are often changed. And on top of washing hands when an employee leaves the restroom I've entered a fast food chain of Taco Bell and noticed an employee washing their hands as I was entering the restroom yet my order was called and I turned back instead of entering restroom to grab my food instead🤔 and noticed that the employee as they were entering the kitchen area, that they yet still took two pumps of hand sanitizer🤗 that was neatly placed on the wall for employees entering the kitchen and then applied a new set of gloves upon hands👐& back to duty all the while not aware i was intently watching.......👏 thank you Taco Bell👍☝🌮 no I'm not a prude or with my nose high in the air I just happen to be someone who has to stay slight bit more vigil than the average when it comes to their immune system. # LUPUS AWARENESS. #LUPUS we need a cure, we want to live. #Life in Sunshine no more...

Food was good. The only issue I had, and want to warn others about is the drive thru. The cashier had taken my car to ring me out, but didn’t return my card. I didn’t notice until I got back home. I didn’t think much, so I just went back the next day to confirm if they had my car. Behold, they had my card. Something told me to check my bank to see if they charged me correctly, as they only gave me the receipt the night before. I noticed they had charged for my meal, as well as another. I’m not sure if they charged me the next persons as well, or if the cashier decided to pay for their own meal with my card. I requested to speak to the manager, they said they weren’t in. They weren’t willing to refund the extra charge without the manager. I left my phone number and wrote a description of what happened for the manager to call me back the next day. I never received a call, or any sort of resolution. I had to call my bank and make a chargeback. !!!BE WARY OF HANDING YOU CARD, make sure they ring you out in front of you & give your card back...

First time back at Taco Bell in 2 years and I’m very disappointed on the experience. I ordered a small order with fiesta potatoes and a crunchy taco add sour cream. I received my food and was disappointed as the sour cream was left off the taco after being charged for it and they failed to give me a utensil to eat the fiesta potatoes. I was excited for the potatoes since they are added back to the menu, but unfortunately couldn’t enjoy them. I make my way back around drive thru, speak with a manager and she was nice enough to give me a dessert and remake the taco the correct way. Unfortunately when I pulled off and headed back to work I was still missing a utensil to eat those fiesta potatoes. My only reason for going today was for those potatoes, so with that being said I’m very disappointed , especially more so with me being pregnant. I worked as an employee and a supervisor at Taco Bell years ago and the standard was much higher. I don’t see myself going back to this...
