The store manager was following around some black man that didn't work there but was more helpful than the staff.Rude elderly women over looked me because they thought I didn't have money shockingly the over weight short woman with bad teeth that smelled like cigarettes also another older blonde woman that farted and let me and my family walk right into where very rude and weren't very helpful in my opion everything is overpriced and they seem to rotate the same merchandise I would not recommend this store if your looking for veriety and style very out dated suits same ones you will see year round overall I would not return or recommend poor service un professional staff un comfortable flitting and poor quality and quantity of basic essentials I've seen the same merchandise here for 9 months straight and still full price very disappointed with dxl Rochester male is and will...

This is the best big & tall store to shop for clothes and the best DXL store of the several I have shopped for myself.

Today was my adult son's first experience there and the manager greeted us and took the time to both help us shop for him as well as educate us on the factors that go into a great mix and match wardrobe. I hate clothes shopping but today was a pleasure for us both. I am the kind of person who will drive across town to visit a store I know and like. This is that kind of store for us. 😊

Usually the sales associates are awesome. I asked 1 sales associate could I try on a dress shirt. He said sure, no problem you can undo it and try it on. I come out the dressing room and tell the other associate it was to long. He tells me, "we don't undo our dress shirts here because we don't have the man power to put it back together on a busy weekend". "Next time let us measure you". Then I ask him would a particular "V" neck shirt go with a sports coat. He stated, "yeah thats why we put it next to the sports coats". I just feel customer service should be more personable.
